The venue for the event is the O’Higgins Hotel, located in the heart of Viña del Mar, the tourist capital of Chile. The hotel features 244 spacious rooms, wireless Internet access, restaurant, Harry’s bar, pergolas, room service, business center, outdoor pool etc.

We are sure that all attendees will spend an unforgettable week.

Fees for the event are listed below and include breakfast, lunch and dinner although the hotel is not “all inclusive”, so any additional consumption in the restaurant, bar, room mini bar or services requested to the room must be paid separately.

hotel_4To take advantage of these rates, it is necessary for participants to register as soon as possible. Those wishing to arrive before or leave after the event should contact the hotel directly.

You can already register from now on. The deadline for registration and reservation at the hotel is July 30, 2016. After that date we cannot guarantee the rates and/or available space.

All participants must book the hotel via e-mail at reservas@hotelohiggins.cl and mention the event IARU 2016. All participants must stay at the Headquarters Hotel.

Costs per person per day are:

Executive Room single or double: US $136 (indicate if you need twin or double bed)

Superior room single or double: US $121 (Indicate if you need twin or double bed)

When booking the hotel it is very important to mention if you have special food needs.

How to register with IARU R2 and RCCh
To register for the event and have access to the documents section it is important that we receive your registration form. The form is available online at: http://chile2016.info/en/the-event/register. Please fill out one per person and wait for the confirmation email

The cost for attending the event is $65 for both principal delegates, delegates, observers and guests. This cost, plus the hotel registration, entitles to participate in the working sessions, event dinners, use of the radio station, etc. This fee is paid at registration when you pick up your name badge and other documents in the office of the Secretariat.
